This Final Assessment and Feedback course gives the opportunity for the participant to see their progress within the program through assessment, as well as receive feedback from expert facilitators and researchers.  This assessment will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete, so please give yourself enough time to intently and thoughtfully complete your answers.  Along with your assessment results, you will also be given resources and clinically-minded feedback to support your skills and knowledge after completing the program.

This information will also be collected for the use of research by the University of Maryland School of Public Health Prevention Research Team. You will be asked to complete a consent form at the beginning of the assessment. You are welcomed to opt out if you do not want your information used within the study (minus demographic information). If you choose to not participate, this does not affect your experience within the certificate program as a whole.
